Front Desk Executive

You can find us over at the Old Municipal Hospital near Amar Chowk in the Rajatalab area of Raipur. We focus on Front Desk Executive services and keeping things moving in the administrative side of things. The building is old, which you can probably tell from the name, but it has a lot of character. We are right in the middle of a very active part of town. There are always people walking by and cars navigating the chowk. Our office is where the greeting and the paperwork happen. It’s a lot of answering phones and pointing people in the right direction. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics that we need to get the job done. The desks are a bit cluttered with forms and pens. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the activity outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We don't try to pretend to be a high-end corporate office. We are just here to help manage the flow of visitors and keep the records straight. It’s a practical job that requires a lot of patience. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are in a hurry and others want to chat for a while. We just take it as it comes and try to be as helpful as possible without making a big fuss about it.
