Ellaa Suites

We are based out of the Amarapali Housing Society in Raipur. Our spot is at A-43, right in the middle of a residential neighborhood in Chhattisgarh. It doesn't feel like a traditional business area because of all the houses and families living nearby. Managing Ellaa Suites from here means we see a lot of the same faces every day. The office is really just a room where we keep the keys and the ledgers for the guests. It’s simple and functional, with a couple of chairs and a desk that’s getting a bit old. We spend a good chunk of the day making sure the rooms are ready and answering the phone when someone calls with a question. Sometimes the power goes out in the society, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We don’t have any fancy signs or big advertisements on the gate. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the house number in the society. It’s a quiet way to work, far away from the noisy main roads of Raipur. During lunch, we might step out to the local market to grab something to eat or just sit in the small garden area for a bit. It’s a steady pace of work, nothing too hurried, just making sure the daily tasks are handled so that everything runs smoothly for the people staying with us. We try to keep the front porch swept and the plants watered so it looks welcoming.
