Our office is at Qr. No. H/87 in Gangrel Colony, over in the Rudri area of Dhamtari. It’s a quiet spot, not like the big cities. We’ve been working here for a long time, mostly dealing with computer systems and networking stuff for people nearby. It's a small place, really just a few rooms where we keep our tools and spare parts. My brother and I started this because we saw people needed help with their tech and didn't want to travel far. We spend our days fixing hardware, setting up software, and trying to make sure the internet stays up. Sometimes it gets frustrating when a part doesn't arrive on time or a system is being stubborn, but that is part of the job. People from the district know us by name, so they just stop by when they have a problem. We don't have any fancy reception or anything like that. You just walk in and we see what’s wrong with your machine. The neighborhood is friendly, and we like being part of it. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on getting the work done. There is always a stack of monitors in the corner and cables running across the floor. It’s not perfect, but it is how we work every day. We just try to help out where we can.
