We've been working out here in Village Jhonka for a while now. Most people know us through the work we do with Tata Power and Doosan around Chhattisgarh. It’s a quiet spot near Latuwa, in Baloda Bazar, and honestly, the roads can be a bit of a challenge during monsoon season. Our team is mostly local folks from the Raipur district who know how things run on the ground. We handle a lot of the project stuff that keeps the power going, though it’s mostly just making sure the daily tasks get done without too much trouble. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work slow, but that's just part of life in this area. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Our setup is pretty basic, just some desks and some paperwork mostly. We spend a lot of time out at the sites instead of sitting inside. It’s hard work, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we figure it out as we go. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in the village, past the main post office. People usually just drop by if they need to talk about something. It’s not the most organized place you’ll ever see, but we get the job done. We’ve been part of this community for years, so everyone knows where we are and what we do.
