We've been over here on Banstall Road for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right across from Millennium Plaza. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Usually, people come in when their laptop screens crack or the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. It's frustrating when things stop working, and we try to get them sorted out. Sometimes it's just a simple cleaning that's needed because of all the dust that gets inside these machines. We deal with desktops too, and all those cables that get tangled up. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space for the work benches. Some days are quieter than others. We see a lot of office workers coming by during their lunch breaks. It's mostly just local folks from around the area. We handle software issues too, like when Windows decides to act up for no reason. People usually just drop their stuff off and come back later. We try to be fair about things. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, but that's just how it goes. If you are walking down Banstall Road, you will see our sign. It's easy to find once you spot the plaza. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we're always wiping down the counters. It feels like every second person has a laptop with a coffee spill. We spend time cleaning out keyboards and trying to save motherboards. It's a small team, just us doing what we can with computers.
