We've been at B 11 Vasant Corner for a while now. Avantivihar is a decent spot to work from. Mostly we deal with the farming side of things, specifically the aromatic stuff. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of the seasons. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, which makes things tricky, but that's just how farming goes. We spend most of our days making sure the plants are growing right and getting the harvest ready. It’s not a fancy setup. The office is just where we handle the paperwork and the logistics. People ask why we do this, and honestly, it’s just what we know. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking the soil or talking to the laborers. We keep the equipment in the back. It gets dusty in the summer. We try to stay organized, but with live plants, things change fast. You learn to just go with the flow of the land. My hands are usually dirty by noon. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the plants. The smell around the farm is actually pretty nice, though you get used to it after ten minutes and don’t even notice anymore. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a living. We’ve been in Avantivihar long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a quiet place mostly. We just try to get the orders out on time and hope the rain comes when it’s supposed to.
