Essential Events & Trade Fairs

We are based in Kharghar, specifically at Shop No 7 in Anmol Plaza. If you know Sector 8, you know it can get pretty active around here. Our office isn't very large, which is fine because we are usually out on-site most of the week anyway. When we are here, there are usually stacks of brochures, banners, and random equipment sitting in the corners. It is the kind of place where things move fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors or trying to sort out why a truck hasn't arrived yet. Planning fairs and trade shows involves a lot of list-making. We have a whiteboard that is almost always covered in scribbles that only we understand. It is not a quiet office environment. Usually, there is some music playing or someone is arguing with a supplier. We have been in this spot for some time and the neighbors know us. The shop gets a bit cramped when we have a big event coming up because everyone is trying to pack things at once. We don't really do the corporate thing with suits and fancy meetings. It is mostly jeans and t-shirts because event work is dusty and tiring. We just focus on getting the booths set up and making sure the floor plan makes sense before the doors open. It's a lot of work but we manage it somehow.
