Pragati Events

Pragati Events is based out of the Astro Building in Regency Garden, which is Plot No 10 in Sector 6, Kharghar. Our office is unit 301. We’ve been working out of this part of Kharghar for some time now. It’s a nice area, and being in Regency Garden puts us right in the middle of a lot of residential stuff. We do event planning, but it’s mostly the hands-on kind of work that involves moving things and making calls. We spend a lot of our time on our feet, moving from one venue to another across the city. Back at the office in 301, we handle the bookings and the phone calls. It’s usually a bit of a scramble to get everything lined up, especially when there are multiple things happening on the same weekend. We don't have a polished sales team or anyone in a suit. If you call, you’re probably going to talk to one of us who was just out setting up a stage or talking to a decorator about flower prices. We’ve learned that the best way to do this is just to stay organized and not overpromise on what can be done. We know the local vendors and the community halls around Sector 6 really well. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late because of the rain, but we just figure it out. We aren't a giant agency, just a local group doing event work for our neighbors.
