Ideal Computers

Our place is in Naya Ganj, quite close to Max Hospital. If it’s a Sunday, the market nearby makes the whole area very crowded and lively. It’s a good spot to be, even if parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Ideal Computers has been running the shop here for a few years. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with computer parts and tools. We spend our mornings checking emails and then it’s straight into repairs. Some days we are fixing laptops, other days we are putting together new systems for students. It’s a mix of everything. We aren't a big chain store, so things are a bit informal. You might see a half-eaten lunch on a desk or a pile of newspapers in the corner. That’s just how we work. People from the hospital often come by if they have issues with their personal devices. We don't use any complicated jargon. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. We try to be straightforward with everyone. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around Naya Ganj. It’s a nice community to be in. When the Sunday market is on, we sometimes step out for a snack while things are quiet. It’s a regular life, and we are happy just doing our thing here. We don't need any big awards, just enough work to keep the lights on and the tools moving. We'll be here if you need a cable or a screen fix.
