Balaji Catering Service

Balaji Catering Service is located in Sector 10 of Kalamboli, over in New Bombay. We have been working out of this area for a while now. It's a growing part of the city, and we've seen a lot of new houses and shops come up recently. Our work is pretty simple—we cook for people. Whether it's a small family gathering or a larger event in the neighborhood, we handle the food. The kitchen is our main space. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where we chop, stir, and cook all day long. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy office. Most of the time, we’re just wearing our aprons and getting things ready. We buy our vegetables and grains from the local markets around Kalamboli. It takes a lot of effort to get everything right, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. We aren't a high-end gourmet place. We just make the kind of food people like to eat at home, but in much larger quantities. The heat in the kitchen can be tough in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. We usually have a few delivery boys who know the shortcuts around Sector 10 to get the food delivered while it's still warm. We’re just regular people working hard to make a living and feed the community. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it. Each day brings a different menu and a new set of pots to clean.
