Tanmayee Agro Industries Private Limited

Our small business is based in the village of Karde, right at Balkrishna Vishnu Jagadale’s place. It’s a typical rural setup where the home and the work space kind of blend together. We are an agro industries company, which sounds a bit formal, but we are really just focusing on local crops and processing. Karde is a peaceful village, and the Jagadale family has been a part of it for a long time. We have some storage areas and a bit of space for our equipment. Most days are spent dealing with the actual harvest or fixing machinery that has broken down. We don’t have a fancy front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in work clothes covered in a bit of dust. We think it’s better to spend our money on the farm rather than on making things look polished. The market changes all the time, which can be stressful, but we do our best to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be some big corporation. We just want to provide a way for local produce to be handled properly right here in the village. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours, but it feels right to be working the land we know. We are just honest people trying to make the industry side of farming work for us.
