Supervisor

We are based in D102 at Gokul Vatika CHS on Ambari Road. This is over in Vasai West, part of the larger Mumbai area. It’s a residential society, so it doesn't feel like a cold office building. Being in a housing society means we see the neighbors coming and going while we are working on our supervisor tasks. It’s a bit of a trek from the main station, but the 402201 area is a nice spot once you get here. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve converted for work. We have a few desks squeezed in, and the balcony is where we usually take our breaks. We handle various supervisory duties from here, mostly involving coordination and paperwork. It’s not a place where we have meetings with big clients. It’s more of a home base for the team to check in and out. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We might be listening to the radio while we file things away. Sometimes the building has water issues or the elevator stops working, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the society. We aren't a big firm with a dozen branches. It’s just this one spot in Vasai West. We like it because it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done without the constant roar of Mumbai traffic right outside the window. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people.
