Our office is located at 202, Plot 305, in the Varun Chs Ltd building in Sector 21. If you know Nerul East in Navi Mumbai, you know it’s a busy area with a lot going on. Sun And Sand Hotels Pvt Ltd has been operating from this second-floor space for quite a while now. It’s a basic apartment-style office, which is common for businesses around here. We don't have any marble floors or big glass windows. Mostly, it’s just us sitting at our desks, talking on the phone and dealing with heaps of paperwork. The building is a typical residential society, so you often hear children playing or neighbors chatting in the hallways while we are trying to work. Sometimes the lift stops working, so we end up walking up the stairs, which is fine since we are only on the second floor. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We just focus on the hotel business and making sure things are sorted. There is always a lot of traffic outside on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We keep a small kitchen area for making coffee and snacks during the day. It’s just a normal, hardworking environment where we get our tasks done without any drama. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for us and our small team.
