We’re over in Sector-2 of Karanjade, which is part of the Panvel Raigarh area. Our office is number 401 on plot 044. It’s a newer building, so things are still a bit clean and empty around here compared to the older parts of town. We have a decent view from the fourth floor, though it’s mostly just more construction and some trees in the distance. The office is pretty much just four walls, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, mostly related to membership forms and small files for the people who come by. It’s a quiet place to work. We don't have a lot of walk-ins yet since the area is still developing, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or working through the stacks of files. We usually bring our own tiffin for lunch and eat together at the big table in the back room. There’s no big corporate vibe here at all. We’re just a small team trying to get a foothold in this new neighborhood. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs for a bit of exercise. It’s a very straightforward setup. We do our work, keep our files in order, and go home when the sun sets. It’s a good enough place to be for a regular day's work.
