Snrf Technologies is over in Sector 10 of Kharghar. We’re up on the fifth floor of Sai Vihar CHS, in flat A-501. Navi Mumbai is a big place, but Kharghar has its own feel to it. It’s a bit more open than the main city. Our office is basically an apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s comfortable and has everything we need to run things. We’ve got a view of the other buildings in the sector from our window. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but usually, it's fine. We started this thing because we wanted to do our own work in our own way. We don't have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It’s just us working through our projects. Sometimes the rains in Mumbai make things a bit tricky for getting to the office, but we manage. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our breaks. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we think helps us stay relaxed. Being in a cooperative housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep the noise down. It’s a decent place to be based. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant, we just want to do good work from our little corner of Kharghar.
