If you find yourself in Nerul, you might come across the Sainiketan building where we are located in room 105. Rakesh Pandav is the name on the door. It’s a typical Navi Mumbai apartment block, nothing fancy to look at from the outside, but it’s where we get all our work done. The building is usually quite busy with families and other people going about their lives. Sometimes you can hear the trains passing not too far away, which is just part of the background noise in Nerul. We don't have a big staff or a suite of offices. It’s just a small space that fits what we need. Getting here is easy enough since most rickshaw drivers know the area well, though sometimes they get confused with all the different building names that sound similar. We don't spend a lot of time making the place look like a showroom because that isn't really the point of what we do here. Most of our day is spent at the desk or on the phone, keeping things moving along. It’s a bit of a climb up if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. We keep some basic files and our computer setup here and that’s about it. It’s an honest way to work and we’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time now. It’s just 105 Sainiketan, a simple place in a busy neighborhood. Nothing more.
