Our place of work is tucked away in Village Mandangad Veshvi. It’s a quiet corner of the world, and we like it that way. We’re near the Post Office Veshvi, which is basically the landmark everyone uses to find us. Life in the village moves at its own pace, so we don't feel the same rush as people do in the big cities. Our company is run out of a simple building that doesn't stand out much from the houses around it. Inside, it’s just a workspace with some tables, chairs, and the usual tools we need for the day. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and find whoever is available. Sometimes the cows wander past the door or the local kids play in the street nearby. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We know the postman well since he’s just down the road, and we often chat with folks passing by on their way to the Taluka office. There’s no polished corporate culture here; we just wear what’s comfortable and get the work done. Some days the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of living in Veshvi. We’ve been part of this village for a while and we plan to stay. It’s about doing honest work in a place where people still know their neighbors' names and help each other out.
