Mumbai Defence Academy Private Limited is located at Office Number 801 in The Landmark building, which sits on Plot Number 26 in Kharghar. Being up on the eighth floor gives us a pretty good view of the area, but we’re usually focused on what’s happening inside the office. This is where we handle all the planning and the enrollment for the academy. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills or fancy decorations. We spend a lot of time talking to young people who are interested in joining the defence services. They come in with a lot of questions, and we do our best to give them the straight facts based on what we know. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. We have some posters on the walls and a few desks, and that’s about it. Kharghar is a developing area, and being in The Landmark makes us easy to find for anyone in the neighborhood. We don’t go in for big advertisements or fancy brochures to get attention. People hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign on the building. We’re just regular people who have an interest in defence training and wanted to provide a place for others to get their start. The days can be long, especially when we’re dealing with a lot of new applicants, but we just take it one person at a time. It’s honest work we enjoy.
