Informed At The Personal Interview

We are located in Kharghar, over in Navi Mumbai. Our full address is usually kept in the CVs we send out, but this is the general area where we operate. The name Informed At The Personal Interview is what we use. It sounds a bit different, but it fits how we handle things. Kharghar is a growing place, so there's always construction noise somewhere nearby. We have a small setup here. It’s not a big corporate office with a reception desk and fancy coffee machines. We just have a few rooms where we meet and talk. Most of the time, it's pretty quiet. We don't have a big sign outside. We prefer to keep things low-key. It’s just easier to focus that way. We spend our days going through applications and talking to people. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. The weather in Navi Mumbai can be quite humid, so the fans are always on. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just doing our job in this part of town. It’s a simple existence, really. We come in, do the interviews, and go home to our families. We usually wrap up early on Saturdays to avoid the weekend crowds. It helps us stay sane in the long run.
