You can find us at F-2/4 in the Hindalco Colony, right in the MIDC area of Taloja, Navi Mumbai. Being in an industrial zone like Taloja means there is always something going on. There’s a constant hum of trucks and machines in the distance, which is something we’ve all grown used to. Our office is part of the colony, so it’s a mix of work and living for a lot of people here. We handle the local operations for Hindalco Industries Ltd. It’s a lot of logistical work and making sure the factory requirements are met. We aren't big on corporate polish. Our desks are covered in folders and we usually have a few fans running to keep the humidity away. It’s honest work that needs to be done. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from our computer when someone walks in. We’ve seen the Taloja area grow so much over the years, with new plants popping up everywhere. We stay focused on our own little corner, keeping the records straight and the supplies moving. Sometimes we have long shifts when things get busy, but we stick together and get through it. It’s a practical environment for people who aren't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty. We just do what we do without any fuss.
