Hindalco Industries Ltd

We are based out of Ocean View Castle in Kharghar. Specifically, you can find us at Plot No B 110 in Flat No. B 403. It’s in Sector 12, which is a pretty well-known part of Navi Mumbai. It’s not your typical industrial setup for a company like Hindalco, but it works for what we do here. Being in a flat makes it feel a bit more personal, I suppose. We spend our days looking out at the neighborhood and keeping up with all the administrative stuff. The pace here in Kharghar is a bit different than the main city, which we don't mind at all. We have our routines, like getting the tea started and then diving into the paperwork. There’s always plenty to keep us occupied. We don't really use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the records are right and the communication stays clear. Sometimes the elevators are slow, or the building gets a bit noisy, but that’s just part of being in this kind of space. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the sector. It’s a decent place to work, and we just try to be helpful whenever someone reaches out. We keep things simple, do our hours, and make sure the business side stays steady. It's just us doing our bit. We don't need any fancy mission statements to get the work done; we just handle the day-to-day requirements and stay organized.
