Javsen Masale

Javsen Masale is located in the village of Borli Mandla, which is part of Murud Taluka in the Raigad district. Being out here in the countryside means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and fresh air, which is a nice change from the city. Our operation is pretty simple and reflects the life we live here. We work out of a building that has been part of the village landscape for a while. Most of us who work here grew up in this area, so we are all neighbors and friends. We don't use a lot of high-tech systems to run the business. Instead, we rely on what we have learned over the years and the help of the people around us. The work can be physically demanding, especially when the weather is humid, but we are used to it. We take breaks together and talk about what is happening in the village. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find out about us just by talking to someone else in Raigad. We are just trying to keep the traditions of our area going while doing something useful. It is a quiet existence, focused on the seasons and the local pace of life. We do our work, look after our families, and keep the business going as best as we can.
