We are based out of Ulwe, in Sector-17. Our office is at Misri Hills, specifically Flat 401 on Plot 239. Ulwe is one of those places that’s still developing, so you see a lot of new buildings coming up around us in the Panvel area. Being an OPC—a one-person company—means things are a bit more focused and personal here. Indusray Technologies isn't some massive operation with floors of people; it’s a tight, dedicated setup. The fourth-floor view is alright, and the office itself is kept pretty simple. I’ve got my main workstation, some extra screens, and a small area for meetings if someone decides to drop by. It’s quiet most of the time, which is exactly how I like it when I’m deep into a project. I don't go for any of that corporate jargon or empty promises. I just look at what needs to be built or fixed and I get to it. Some days are just long stretches of silence and work, while others involve a lot of back-and-forth on the phone or through emails. Living and working in the Panvel taluka is practical, and being in a spot like Misri Hills gives me the space I need without the craziness of central Mumbai. It’s a straightforward business for someone who values getting the job done right without any unnecessary drama or expensive polish. It’s just me and the work, day in and day out, making sure things stay on track.
