Our office is in the Spaghetti complex, specifically M1-15 in Sector 15 of Kharghar. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know Kharghar is quite spread out and has a lot of residential buildings. Our space is tucked inside this complex, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. It’s more like being part of a community. We have a decent amount of space for our desks and all the files we’ve gathered over the years. The commute for some of us involves the local train and then a shared auto, which is just part of the routine. We don't have any flashy signs or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the construction nearby can be a bit loud sometimes. There are plenty of small eateries around Sector 15 where we grab a samosa or a tea during our breaks. We don’t really go in for those corporate retreats or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just talk about what needs to happen today and then we do it. It’s a very practical way to run things. The building itself is quite standard for this area, and we’ve made our unit comfortable enough for a full day’s work. It’s just where we happen to be based, doing our bit in Navi Mumbai without any fuss.
