We're located on the first floor of Ramtanu CHS, which is in Lane-1, Sector-17 in Nerul. Being in Navi Mumbai means it’s always a bit fast-paced around here. The building is A-9, and you have to walk up the stairs since we’re on the first floor. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix area. We have some neighbors who live here and some other small offices nearby. The space we have is enough for our team to sit and handle the daily load. It’s not a huge office, but we make it work. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we try to keep things in order. Outside, the lane is usually full of parked bikes and people moving around. There are some good food stalls nearby where we usually go for lunch or a quick break. The weather in Mumbai is what it is—either very hot or very rainy. We just deal with it. We’ve been here at Flsmidth Pvt Ltd for a while, and the location is convenient because the train station isn't too far away. It helps us get to work without too much trouble. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. That’s just how we operate in this part of town.
