Hikvison

Down in Jawahar Colony in Mahad, you’ll find our place. We are located right near the Vireshwar Mandir, so it’s easy to find if you just follow the path to the temple. Our sign says Hikvison, and we focus on cameras and security stuff for homes and shops. It’s a quiet area mostly, except during festival times when the temple gets crowded. Inside the shop, we have boxes of wires, different types of lenses, and recorders piled up on the shelves. It’s not the most organized place, but we know exactly where everything is. People come in from all over Mahad asking about how to put a camera on their front porch or how to see their shop on their phone. We spend a lot of time out on ladders or pulling cables through tight spots in old buildings. The humidity here can be a real pain for the electronics, so we try to tell folks how to keep their gear dry. Sometimes we sit on the plastic chairs outside the shop and watch the people going to the temple. It’s a decent life. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find out about us by word of mouth or just by walking past while going to pray. We just try to make sure the cameras work when someone needs them to.
