You can find us over in Mutkewadi, which is part of the Khed Taluka near Chakan. We’re actually located right by the Chekreswari Bekari, so the smell of fresh bread is usually drifting into the office in the mornings. It’s a bit of a landmark for anyone trying to find Gopi Byra or the rest of the team here at Endurence Systems. Chakan is a huge area for industry, but our little corner feels a bit more like a community. We’re in Pune district, but it’s a good drive away from the city center. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some walls, desks, and the gear we need to do our engineering work. We spend a lot of time on the floor or looking over parts. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working at a desk or talking on the phone with a supplier. We’ve been here for a while and the local shops know us well. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it here in Chakan, right next to the bekari where everyone stops for their daily snacks. We keep it simple and focus on the systems we're building. It's a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
