Cirav Software Technologies Private Limited

Our place is in Shah Prima, right there in Sector 2 of Kharghar. If you know the area, it’s a pretty busy spot with a lot of shops around. We are in shop 407 on the fourth floor. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our computers and a small table where we eat our lunch. Working in Panvel means we deal with the usual Raigarh weather, which gets quite humid. We started Cirav Software Technologies because we wanted to work on tech stuff close to home. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to get the work done right. Most of the day, you’ll hear the sound of typing and maybe some music playing in the background. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours and have to walk around the building to clear our heads. The office is functional. We have some files piled up and wires running along the floor in some places. It’s a real office where actual work happens, not a showroom. We deal with software everyday, and it keeps us busy. Being in Kharghar is nice because everything is accessible. We just focus on our tasks and try to make sure we don’t miss any deadlines. That is basically who we are.
