Cawnerstone (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Kharghar, specifically in the Sector-20 area at Plot 79 and 80. Our office is C-1502, so we are up quite a few floors. It gives us a decent view of the Mumbai City skyline when the weather is clear, though most of the time we are just focused on the monitors. Being an OPC means things are a bit more personal here. There aren’t dozens of managers running around. It’s just us trying to stay on top of the projects. Living and working in Navi Mumbai has its own pace. We try to be sensible with our time and the tasks we take on. Usually, our mornings are spent catching up on emails and trying to sort out the schedule for the week. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when deadlines start creeping up on us, but we manage. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just do the work we’re given and try to do it right the first time. The office setup is pretty basic, just desks and computers and a small corner for taking a break. It's a quiet spot in a big city. We think that helps us focus better on what we need to get done. There isn't any fancy corporate jargon used here; we just talk like normal people do while we solve whatever technical problems come through the door.
