We started Capengage Technology Solutions Private Limited a while back, setting up shop right here in Building No 4B at Olympeo Riverside. It’s a quiet spot in Karjat, specifically Avasare, and being in Flat No 304 gives us a decent view while we work on tech stuff. Most days are just us sitting at our desks, figuring out whatever software or hardware problems come our way. It isn't a fancy glass office like you see in the big cities, but it works for what we need to do. People sometimes find it hard to navigate the Riverside phase, but once you're here, it’s actually pretty peaceful. We’ve got a small team, mostly local folks or people who moved out this way for a bit more space. We don't really do big meetings or have a front desk person. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on our computers, dealing with code and tech bits that probably wouldn't make much sense to most. It’s just how we earn a living. The 410101 area is growing, though it still feels like the edge of town sometimes. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the tasks at hand without too much noise from the street. Nothing too complicated about how we run things, just a small group doing work we know how to do.
