Ashok Chandane & Associates is based over in Nerul, specifically in the NL 1/B area. Our address is 28/8, which is a spot many locals know because it is right opposite the Shiravane School. It’s a bit of a lively neighborhood during the day. When the school bell goes off or the kids are out for their break, you can hear everything clearly from our office. It’s been our base for quite some time now. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings you see in the newer parts of Mumbai. Instead, we have a more grounded, local feel here in Navi Mumbai. Our daily routine involves a lot of paperwork and meetings, mostly just keeping things moving along. The space inside is functional. We have our desks, some filing cabinets that probably need organizing, and a place for visitors to sit. It’s not about being flashy for us. We just need a reliable place to handle our work. Finding us is usually easy because of the school landmark, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle depending on the time of day. We like being in this part of Nerul because it feels like a real community. Most days are just about staying on top of the tasks we have in front of us.
