Raichur can be a tough place to work because of the heat, but we've got our setup here in the industrial area on Hyderabad Road. The address is 12-6-211/1, and you'll see the sign for Sri Pavantanay Agro if you're looking. It’s a big dusty area with a lot of other businesses around, so there’s always the sound of machines or trucks in the background. We handle a lot of agricultural products here. Inside the building, it's mostly about storage and moving bags around. We don't have a lot of office staff, just a few of us who keep the books and make sure the loaders know what they’re doing. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but that isn't really a priority when there is work to be done. We usually have the big doors open to let some air in, though it brings in the dust too. It’s a practical kind of place. We start early in the morning and stay until the last truck is gone. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, it's just the owner or one of the supervisors talking to people who need things done. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up at the end of the day. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the bags are stacked right before the day ends.
