We are set up at Shree Shiva Sai Nilaya in Sai Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Shredi Sai Mandir here in Raichur. The shop is on the ground floor and we have computers and parts sitting around on most of the surfaces. Raichur can get incredibly hot, so we usually have the AC running if the power is steady, otherwise, it’s just us and the ceiling fans. We spend a lot of time cleaning dust out of old CPUs because the air around here is quite dry. People bring in all sorts of digital problems, from broken screens to software that won't load properly. We also do various digital services, so there’s usually someone waiting for a printout or a form to be filled. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we know many of the people who walk in because they live just a few streets away. It’s a local operation through and through. We don't have any corporate backing or a big headquarters. It’s just this one spot in Sai Nagar where we try to keep the tech running for the neighborhood. Sometimes things get backed up and we have to work late into the evening, but we don't mind the quiet of the night. We just keep at it, fixing what’s broken and selling what we can to keep the shop going.
