Our college is located in the PWD Camp area of Sindhanur. It’s a bit of a specific spot in the Raichur district, under the 584128 pin code. The landscape around here is quite open, and the heat can be something else in the middle of the day. We are a polytechnic, so you’ll see a lot of workshops and tools lying around. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Students here spend as much time in the labs as they do in the classrooms. We have machines that have been around for a while, and they still work just fine for teaching the basics. It’s not a fancy corporate campus. The walls are a bit plain, and the hallways are made of hard concrete. You might see students with grease on their hands or carrying heavy drawing boards. We have a lot of local young people trying to learn a trade. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Raichur is a tough place to work sometimes because of the weather, but we just get on with it. We don't have a lot of frills. If you want to see people actually building or fixing things, this is where it happens. It’s just a solid place to learn a skill. Many of our former students are out there working in industries now, which is what matters.
