Archiway Architects

Archiway Architects is located at EWS-168 in Nijalingappa Colony. We are right near the Maremma Temple, so we hear the bells and the activity from there quite often. It’s a familiar sound for us now. Our office is a simple setup in the colony. We have our drawing boards and computers where we work on building designs and house plans. It’s not a fancy corporate studio. It’s more of a local workspace where we can focus. We spend hours looking at blueprints and trying to figure out how to make things fit. People from around the colony and other parts of the city come by to talk about their construction ideas. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The walls are covered with old sketches and notes from past projects. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Nijalingappa Colony is a quiet place for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on a difficult layout. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk to talk to you. We do our own coffee and manage our own schedules. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who like building things. We’ve seen many houses go up in this area over the years. It’s nice to be part of the local community here.
