Kc Iron & Steel Pvt. Ltd. is located over in the Rafael Tower, specifically at 318, 8/2 Old Palasia. It's a solid part of town for a business like ours. Dealing in iron and steel means we are always looking at numbers and specifications. It’s not a soft or easy industry, but it’s one that we understand well. Our office in the tower is where all the planning happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and construction folks. There is always someone coming in to discuss a project or check on a delivery. The space is filled with blueprints and metal samples. It’s a bit of a workspace rather than a showroom. We don't spend money on expensive carpets or fancy art. We’d rather keep our focus on the materials we provide. Old Palasia is a good location because people can get to us easily. We’ve been through the highs and lows of the steel market, and we’re still here doing what we do. Our team is pretty small, and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. We take pride in just being straightforward. If we have the steel you need, we tell you. If we don't, we try to find it. It's a basic way of doing business, but it's worked for us so far in this building. We just keep our heads down and handle the metal trade.
