Esb Constructions Private Limited is located at No 4, near the Subbarao Building on Jeenur Road. We are out in Porthnal, which is part of the Manvi area in Raichur. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big cities, but we stay plenty busy. Karnataka is a big place and Raichur-584143 is our corner of it. Most of what we do involves construction projects for the local area. We aren't some massive corporation with offices in ten different countries. It’s just us here on Jeenur Road. The office is pretty basic because we spend most of our time out where the actual building is happening. We know the local guys and the local suppliers, which helps get things done. Sometimes the heat in Raichur is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just try to finish what we started. People come to us because they know where we are and that we’ve been around for a while. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We don't use big words to describe our work. It’s just building things and making sure they stay up. If you're looking for us, we're just past the Subbarao building, usually with a truck parked out front. It's a simple life but it keeps us on our toes.
