Sobha Developers Ltd

We are way out in Manvi in the Raichur district. It is a long drive from the bigger cities and the landscape around here is mostly flat and dry. Sobha Developers Ltd is based in this part of Karnataka to keep an eye on things locally. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers and a long table where we spread out the blueprints. It gets very dusty because of the wind blowing across the open ground nearby. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting sites and talking to the workers. Manvi is a small place so news travels fast and everyone knows what we are working on. We get our lunch from a small hotel down the road and usually eat together at the big table. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes which makes things difficult when we need to send big files but we have learned to be patient. We have a small water cooler that is probably the most important thing in the room during the summer months. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and a map of the district. It is a hardworking environment where we don't worry about how things look as long as the work gets done correctly. We are just local people trying to stay busy and do right by the area.
