It’s more about folders, site boots, and lots of phone calls. Being in Karnataka, we deal with a lot of local paperwork and talk to people from all over the district. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside if the door is left open too long, but that is just part of being in this area. We usually grab lunch from one of the small places nearby or bring it from home. It is a straightforward operation without any big corporate frills. We have been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years.
