Era Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is located right at Shop No 5 in Kailash Puri along Kanpur Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We have been in this little shop for a while now. We mostly handle IT stuff, whether it is fixing a network issue or helping someone with their software. It is not a huge space, but it fits us and our equipment. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phone and help whoever walks through the door. Some days are slow, and we just sit around catching up on work, and other days everyone seems to have a problem at the same time. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be fixed and what cannot. People from around Kanpur Road know they can just drop in. We don't really have a formal dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. The shop is a bit cramped with boxes and cables sometimes, but we know where everything is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to keep the lights on and do a good job for the folks who rely on us. It is simple work, really, just keeping technology running like it should for the local community.
