Sathya Coir Industry

We have been operating out of Sy No 126 in Dommarapochampally Village for a good while now. Dealing with coir is honestly quite messy work. There is dust flying everywhere and the machines we use make a lot of noise throughout the day. Most people around Qutubullapur Mandal probably know the area where we are located. It is definitely not a fancy setup. We just focus on getting the coconut fibers processed and then loaded onto the trucks for transport. Some days are much slower than others, especially when the weather decides not to help us out. Coir really needs to be handled in a certain way or the whole batch just falls apart and becomes useless. Most of the guys working here live right nearby so we all just walk to work in the morning. It is a very straightforward business with no big office or anything like that. Just the main shed and the yard where all the heavy stuff happens. You might see us out there very early in the morning getting the machines started up. The village is usually quiet but we keep busy enough to stay active. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly and we have to sit around waiting, which is always annoying. But that is just how things go for us here. We make sure the bundles are tied tight before they leave. It is hard work on the hands. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily pile of work.
