We’ve been set up at Sy No 487 in the S V Co Op Industrial Estate for a while now. Running a place like Rank Silicon And Industries Pvt. Ltd. means dealing with a lot of moving parts every day. It’s mostly about the work here, getting things sorted in the industrial area where everyone is busy with their own production. We stay focused on the silicon side of things and whatever else the industry needs from us at the moment. The location works out well because being in an estate like this means we are around other people who understand the grind. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks are late, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or anything like that. Most of our day is spent out on the floor making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s what we do. People come by Sy No 487 when they need something specific, and we just try to get it done without making a big deal out of it. There’s no point in acting like we are some huge corporation when we are just a team working hard in the S V Co Op area. We’ve seen the estate change over the years, more businesses moving in and out, but we just keep at it. It’s steady work.
