Our shop is on the 1st Floor of the Canara Building. We’re right above the School Book Centere, which is pretty close to the bus stand. You can hear the buses and the shouting of the conductors all day long. It’s a very active spot. We handle computer repairs and some phone stuff too. There are wires and tools all over the place. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a working shop. People come in with broken screens or laptops that won't turn on. We just do what we can to help them out. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit steep and narrow. Inside, we have some old counters and a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait. The walls have some old calendars and posters that have been there for years. I usually work on the hardware while my friend talks to the customers. We have a back room for parts, but it’s quite disorganized. Most of our customers are locals who know us by name. We don’t do any big marketing or anything like that. People just know we’re the ones above the book center. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the building is old. We just keep the fan running and keep working on the machines people bring us.
