Sometimes the rain in this part of Bihar makes things difficult, especially when we have to load the vans, but we manage. We aren't really into big speeches or trying to sound like something we're not. We’re just local people who know about food and how to run a small industry. Every day is pretty much the same: we arrive, check the inventory, and get to work. It’s a routine that works for us.
