Ctrlskill Private Limited

We are based out of Purnia. Specifically, the office is over at Mahendra Pandit’s place in Ram Nagar Tola. If you know the East Purnia area, you know it’s a mix of residential spots and small shops. We started Ctrlskill because we wanted to do something local. It isn't a massive skyscraper or anything like that. It’s a simple setup in the village area. We deal with skills and training mostly. Every morning, we show up and see what needs to be done. Sometimes the roads are a bit dusty, and the commute isn't always the smoothest, but we like being part of the community here. The people in Purnia are hardworking, and we try to be the same. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or expensive ads. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or just by passing by the house. It's a practical way to run a business. We have some computers set up and we spend our hours looking at screens. It's quiet mostly, which helps with the focus. We are just a small group of people who know each other well. No one wears a suit here. We wear what’s comfortable and get to work. It’s honest work. Sometimes we sit outside for a break if the weather is nice. Being in the M Corp area means we are close enough to the main town but still tucked away in the Tola. It works for us and we like it.
