Our office is out in Astaranga, specifically at Baradihi. We have these plots where we keep all our construction gear and handle the paperwork. It’s a dusty place, but it's where the work gets done. My family has lived around Puri for a long time, so we know the area well. People in Kusumber usually see us coming and going in our trucks. It’s just a regular local business without any big fancy office or glass doors. Most days, we are out on the sites, making sure the walls are going up straight and the roofs are solid. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we try to get an early start every morning. Sometimes the rain near the coast slows us down, but that is just part of living in Orissa. We’ve been working as Unifield for a while now. We’re just a small team of locals. We know the roads and how things work around here. If you come by the plots, you’ll probably see the guys loading up sand or rebar. There isn’t much to say except that we work hard and move from one job to the next. The office side is just a small room at the address where we keep the files. It's a quiet area mostly, unless we're moving the heavy machinery around. We focus on practical building work and that’s how we like to keep it.
