We are Soubhagya Architects & Constructionsprivate Limited. Our place of work is located at Plot No-7D/1182 in Sector-9 of the CDA area. We do a mix of architecture and construction work, which keeps the days pretty full. Having the office in Sector-9 is alright because it's a known spot and people can find the plot without too much trouble. We aren't into fancy presentations or those high-pressure sales tactics you see sometimes. Most of the time, we're just sitting around a table at the plot, looking over drawings and trying to figure out the best way to get a project finished. It’s a very practical sort of business. We deal with the usual headaches, like materials not showing up on time or finding enough good workers when everyone is away for the holidays. That’s just how life is here. We don’t claim to be the most polished or slick outfit, but we definitely know how to put a building together from the ground up. The architecture side lets us plan things out on paper, and the construction side is where the real work happens. Our office is a simple place where there’s always a bit of dust and usually a lot of rolled-up blueprints lying around. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a calendar with a lot of dates marked on it. We take things as they come and do what needs doing. It's enough for us.
