Shivmaati Construction Private Limited

Shivmaati Construction is located at House Number 06 on Sardar Patel Path, over in North S. K. Puri. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. We aren't some massive corporation with a hundred different departments. We are just a local construction outfit. We focus on getting the foundation right and making sure the walls are straight. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of effort to do it well every single day. We spend most of our time at the actual sites, so the office is often just a place to catch up on paperwork in the evenings. We’ve seen North S. K. Puri change quite a bit lately. There is always something being built or repaired. We try to keep things practical. We don’t use jargon or try to impress people with fancy talk. If someone needs a wall built or a roof fixed, we give them a fair idea of how long it will take and then we get to work. It’s not always perfect; sometimes there are delays with the trucks or the labor, but we always stay on top of things as best as we can. We like the tangible nature of what we do. At the end of the day, you can actually see what you’ve accomplished with your hands, and that’s a good feeling for any worker. It is mostly about showing up and putting in the effort.
