Saihans Buildcon (Opc) Private Limited

We set up Saihans Buildcon here in Puri on Clarck Road. It’s right near where Rabindra Jena stays. Most days we are just busy with the usual construction stuff. It gets pretty loud around here sometimes because of the traffic moving towards the beach area, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the files and meet folks who need help with their building projects. We mostly focus on small builds around town. Sometimes the materials don't show up on time because of the rain or the narrow streets, but that's just how it goes in Orissa. We've been at this for a while now. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the plans. Other days it's a mess of phone calls and trying to find workers who actually show up when they say they will. It is a bit of a grind, honestly. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know us from word of mouth usually. If someone needs a wall fixed or a small house started, they find their way to our door. We try to keep things simple and not make promises we can't keep. Living and working in Puri has its own rhythm, and we just try to keep up with it. It’s not a big corporate operation, just us doing the work day in and day out.
