MINOCHA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company, Minocha Construction Private Limited, is based out of Kherai. We operate across a few different plots, specifically Plot No. 60, 61, 62, and 63, all located in Braham Puri Colony, Phase-2. We also have our eyes on Khasra No. 136 for some of our activities. Working in Kherai is a bit of a change from the busier parts of the state, but we like the pace here. Braham Puri Colony is a growing area, and being in Phase-2 means we see a lot of new things happening every single day. We are construction people through and through. You won't find us in suits very often. We are usually in our boots out on the dirt at one of the plots. Managing four plots at once can be a bit of a headache with all the different crews and materials coming in, but we have a system that works for us. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we run into issues with the land or the local utilities, but that is construction for you. We just try to be fair with the people we hire and get the walls built straight. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to see some decent buildings go up in Phase-2. We’ve been here for a bit and plan on staying as long as there is work to do in this part of Kherai.
